This course provides a very hands-on introduction to deco-twisting. Delegates will learn all the essential techniques of working with modelling balloons and will learn to make balloon flowers, bows, tiaras, swords, pirate hats, insects, sea creatures and very cute Pirate and Princess Characters inspired by the Rachel Ellen range.
